To the North East of Scotland Piping Arts Programme, a hub for the teaching and delivery of various youth based Piping Arts training projects throughout the region. We are also developing a variety of Piping courses for all ages through our Partnership scheme. Our Piper for hire, event management and cultural consultancy are our service facilities.
