To the North East of Scotland Piping Arts Programme, the regional hub for the delivery of youth based piping arts teaching and training projects, many of which are in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council YMI and Arts Development.
Affiliated to the College of Piping, Glasgow, NESPAP actively develops tutors locally, offers open access training to all and well placed to offer advice and guidance on all the new PDQB/SQA, and previous PDQB, exam based qualifications.
